ABOUT ATLANTA QUEST
Founded in 2002, Atlanta Quest is an independent performance organization dedicated to youth education through the percussive and musical arts.
We push our membership to not only become passionate players and performers, but to become strong, contributing members within their local and national communities.

Independent World
Our legacy ensemble, Atlanta Quest (AQ), has competed in the WGI Percussion Independent World Class every year since 2014. Known for our challenging music and technical proficiency, our members at AQ come from all across the Southeast to be surrounded and taught by (and become themselves) some of the best musicians in the marching percussion world.
Q2
Independent Open
Q2 was created in 2015 to provide an additional opportunity for musicians to learn and grow in their craft, taught by many AQ alumni. Q2 competes in the WGI Independent Open Class, where it earned the silver medal in 2024. Q2 has a younger average age than AQ, and many members progress to march AQ during their tenure.
